Terms and Conditions

Welcome to PC and Phone Repairs. By submitting your device for service, repair, or sale, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Policy

All sales and repairs conducted by PC and Phone Repairs are subject to these terms and conditions. By leaving your device with us or purchasing any product, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms.

All sales of accessories and repaired items are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless otherwise stated in writing by our management.

2. Warranty and Liability

We provide a 30 day warranty for hardware repairs performed by our technicians. This warranty covers only the specific issue that was repaired. It does not extend to unrelated or future problems that may occur with your device.

There is no warranty for software repairs, operating system installations, or data-related issues. PC and Phone Repairs is not responsible for any data loss that may occur before, during, or after repair. Customers are strongly advised to back up all data before submitting their device.

We are not responsible for iCloud lock issues, disabled modes, password restrictions, or any pre-existing software or hardware defects that were not part of the original repair request.

3. Device Collection Policy

Devices that remain uncollected for more than 60 days after repair completion or customer contact may be considered abandoned. PC and Phone Repairs reserves the right to dispose of, recycle, or resell unclaimed items after this period.

It is the customer’s responsibility to keep contact information up to date and respond promptly to collection notifications.

4. Inspection and Diagnosis

Our technicians will perform an inspection of your device to identify the reported problem. If we are unable to identify or repair the issue due to extensive damage or hidden faults, we will return the device as is. In such cases, PC and Phone Repairs is not responsible for any further issues or damage.

If additional problems are discovered during repair, we will contact you with an updated quote before proceeding with additional work.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide any required passwords or access codes necessary for testing and repair. Failure to do so may limit our ability to fully test your device.

We require a valid photo ID for all device purchases or trades. Proof of ownership may be requested to prevent stolen property from being sold or repaired.

6. Payments and Pricing

All prices are quoted in local currency and include applicable service charges unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required upon completion of repair or at the time of purchase.

We strive to maintain transparent and competitive pricing. However, PC and Phone Repairs reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure the highest quality repair, PC and Phone Repairs shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from repair services, data loss, or delayed service.

8. Agreement

By signing a service order, leaving your device for repair, or purchasing any item from PC and Phone Repairs, you agree to all terms and policies stated above.
